You can directly upload a file with your browser if you're using Internet Explorer 4.0 (or greater) or Netscape 3.0 (or greater).

Just enter a description and then use the browse button to grab the file from your machine. Files cannot be larger than 50K. JPG and GIF file formats are preferred.

I can also accept pictures through email if you're unable to upload through your browser, just send the file as an attachment.
