Lyrics Quiz Two, Wong's Revenge

THE SEQUEL

The motive for creating this quiz sprung from our frustration at figuring out those last few tricky questions from the 118 question quiz. So the four of us began writing smaller 20 question quizzes that had unfamiliar lines from familiar songs. Martin, Jennifer, and Rebecca wrote 2 of them and I wrote 2, then I supplemented these 80 songs with other favorites. Many of these songs are familiar (especially within their subgenre): the lowest ranked song peaked at #67. Whenever you see brackets [ ] in a lyric, it's to let you know that there is another way to hear the words in question or to mark a difference between what's in the song and what's in the lyric sheet. As you move through these selections, our methodology will become more apparent. And, for an extra challenge, try the Extra Credit questions after the regular quiz. Every song on this list charted in the Billboard Top 100 chart: your mission is to name each one along with its artist. Good luck to you.

Dewey Wong, Jennifer Stevens, Rebecca Wade, and Martin Cate
