A flock of seagulls is best known for their hit "I Ran", and huge MTV hit, and DNA which won them a grammy. This is the album released after Listen (making this their third album). IMHO this album was hugely underrated by the media. Like listen,i think it takes a few listens of most of the songs in order to appreciate the depth. This one is tough to find on CD. If you're unsure if you'd like it, you'd have an easier time locating a used tape to see.
