Anthrax, "Fistful of Metal" / 1984 Review by: alex huber
This album is very fast but not heavy. it lacks the heavy bass lines and guitar work that anthrax's later albums posses. fistful puts to much emphasis on the vocals, which sounds like a cat in raging heat. the cover of the album is hard to describe, it's a painting of a fat guy's face being ripped apart with metal spiked fist. the music strikes a major resemblence to metallica's kill'em all. you would never believe your hearing anthrax.
