Arcadia, "So Red the Rose" / 1985 Review by: Kelli Sampson
This album sounds like no other. It mainly sets a dark and moody tone. "Election Day" and "The Flame" were the popluar songs on the radio, but you must check out the second side of this album. "The Promise" is a beautifully haunting piece as is "El Diablo" where the singer pleads with the devil to sell him back his soul. This is a truly mesmerizing compilation which is a must-have for any true Duran Duran fan.
