Depeche Mode, "Black Celebration" /
1986
Review by: John Tryfonas
I have not listened to all the tracks of that album, but the singles "Stripped","A question of lust" and "A question of time" make their finest and their most 80s album in electropop."Stripped" is a futuristic dance song, dominated by the synths, "A question of lust" is a fragile love ballad (like the song's opening lyrics:"fragile I feel baby in your arms...", which personally I regard it as one of the greatest 80s love songs. If you are looking for a good Depeche Mode or a classic electropop album, then buy this one!
