Run DMC, "King of Rock" / 1985 Review by: Chris O'Donnell
Run DMC are the pioneers of rap as we know it. The release if their album, "King of Rock", was huge for rap. It sold big, and established Run DMC as a household name. Without Run DMC, I am not sure where rap would be now.
