Toyah, "Love Is The law" / 1983 Review by: paul johnson

Love Is The Law is one of my favourite Toyah albums, it has a feel of coming of age about it.

Toyah's ability, and lack of fear of experimentation are highlighted here, it may not have proved a commercial success, but this album has a freshness about it.

Rebel Of Love, Time Is Ours and The Vow provide passion, whilst Broken Diamonds, I Explode and Remember give out energy.

Love Is The Law is a album with a gothic feel, that was toyah's last studio album on the independent label Safari.
