Wham!, "Make It Big" /
1984
Review by: Bryan
This album presents some of the best 80's singles ever, including the song that redefines cheese, "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" as well as the ballad that built the foundation for George Michael's successful solo career, "Careless Whisper". It also includes the hits "Everything She Wants" and "Freedom", which are some of the strongest pop singles of the 80's. The original versions of these songs can be heard on the album, far more superior to the remixed single/video versions. Meanwhile, the rest of the album is filler except for perhaps a very catchy possible fifth single from the album at the time, "Heartbeat".
