I used to love Fruit Wheats! For breakfast, as a snack, whenever! Sorry Nabisco no longer makes them.

at last, my mind can rest. i wasn't crazy and this cereal DID exist.

I only remember strawberry and blueberry. They were so, so good.

I loved this cereal.. I wish they still made it. The only thing that comes close to this now is Frosted Mini Wheats. But there isn't any fruit inside. Booo.

I think if we all petition, we can get Fruit Wheats back. What do you think?

If enough people make it clear that they'd regularly buy this cereal they might bring it back... there are a couple of similar products out now, but they're not nearly as good as the original. Maybe a petition would help!

I new that cereal existed. That was my most favorite cereal ever. I would totally buy that cereal all the time if they started selling that cereal again. I will sign the petition. That would be great if it worked.

Strawberry Fruit Wheats was the best! My whole family misses that cereal and we'd buy boxes of the stuff if we could.

I loved strawberry fruit wheats as a kid, what the hell is up with all the good stuff being taken away, the 80's and 90's rocked. I heard that trader joe's has a similar product, so maybe we can all revel in the goodness once again.

I remember these were delicious, I want some right now. These and Oatmeal Swirlers were such great products, today's quick breakfast items just can't match the creativity :(

I can't believe there are other people like me that loved this cereal! I use to eat the strawberry ones. I was just talking to a co-worker about them and she remember them too. I'm going to call Nabisco and see if they are bring them back!!

Kellogs Smart brand made a similar cereal about 6 months ago. The only flavor was strawberry and it was only available for about 4 weeks before they bagged it.. :( I bought 2 of them before they stopped being sold. It was the same fruit goo but it was mixed into the shredded wheat instead of being stuffed inside.

Holy crap! I can't believe there are other people out there who remember this cereal and loved it as much as me! Best. Cereal. Ever. I was just telling my fiance' about that cereal today. Crazy. Kellogs just brought out a fruit-filled Frosted Mini Wheats that is similar, but not quite the same.. too sugary. It is still good though, and if you miss Fruit Wheats, please buy some. I would hate to see Kellogs discontinue it because they don't sell enough. It will have to do for now, until we can bring about the rebirth of Fruit Wheats.. Viva La Fruit Wheats!!!

Everytime I'm hungry in the morning and nothing sounds good, I think about how great that cereal would be about right now. I fianally decided to get online and try to find out why they don't make it anymore. I figure they quit making it due to the cost to manufacture it, I really don't care if it costed more money, id pay ten bucks a box to enjoy that amazing greatness once again

Kashi makes a cereal called Berry Fruitful that is a great substitute for our Fruit Wheats nostalgia. I don't know how long it has been around, but it has the flavor and texture that I remember.
