i remember when nerds came out. i loved those things. it didn't take long for them to go off market. i can still taste them!

I never had the Nerds cereal. What year did they come out exactly anyway? I saw a commercial on Youtube on them, and thought they looked just gross. I asked my aunt who's in her 40s about them and she doesn't know about them neither.

I remember Nerds cereal. In fact, I had a "blast from the past" last week when I picked up a box of Berry Krispies (Rice Krispies with grape and strawberry flavored krispies mixed in) because it tasted and smelled like Nerds! I keep finding bad reviews for the cereal but it was delicious!

Nerds cereal was to breakfast like peanuts are to a bar. As a child I looked forward to it more than smores or even a hot chocolate after a day of sledding. I remember it as though it were yesterday. let us start a petition to the wonka company to bring it back. Call me crazy, but I believe that there is a product out now that may taste like the cherry part of Nerds Cereal. My daughter who is one loves the Gerber Puffs cherry flavored. I will eat a few every now and then and could have sworn that they tasted like a cereal I used to eat as a kid. I did some research and found this website. I wonder if it was NERDS. If anyone else has tried the GERBER cherry puffs and can compare, let me know!!!

JD Walsh: The answer to your question about finding a Nerd Bowl is simple: Go to Ebay............Ebay has THOUSANDS of discontinued, nostalgic, childhood items for a great price. I found many great things on Ebay........check it out. BTW: I remember Nerds Cereal, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS........the Grape was AWESOME. I even had the nerds bowl, with the Nerd Gate.

as far as I can figure out Lara is it is now unable to be found or bought, except in its original box as a collectors item, which would of course now be 20 years outdated and terrible to consume LOL.I wish they would re make it I really liked it, and as far as it going mushy, I ate mine dry so that wasn't an issue. A person could always pour small amounts into milk,little at a time, eat that, then add more as they go along I suppose. I do so with shredded wheat which goes mushy as well.I always know exactly what will go off the market next, it seems, becasue whatever flavor I love the most will automaticly be the least selling, less popular, or whatever, it SUX

I don't understand why did yall have to have to take it off the shelf like that when i was 4 yrs old i love those nerds cereal so i don't see what's. the problem just because a couple of people say it sucks doesn't mean yall have to take it away like that is more people out there that nerds cereal than the people that don't like so i don't think is fair to do that.
