What I remember most about this cereal was the commercial.

I loved this cereal. I wish Kellogg's would start making it again. I think they also made nut & honey o's too.

These absolutely ROCKED! Why Kellogg's doesn't make them anymore is a mystery to me! The commercials were HILARIOUS, too! ("What are you eating?" "Nuttin', Honey!" LMAO)

actually, i have found this cereal. they still make it and you can get it in EUROPE (Ireland)!!! Very true. I found it at TESCO supermarket. I bought two boxes and of course, i finished them both too quickly. Can't wait until i go again.

I have to go to Europe to get a box? Sure i can do that...lol..yeah right..man, they need to bring it back to the States...i LOVED that cereal...*sigh*...those were the days...

My friends and I made a parody of the commercial. We called it "Nut & B*tch" cereal. "What are you eating in there Larry?" "Nuttin' B*tch!" "What?!?!? You good for nothing, ungrateful, chauvinistic..." (fades out)

By far the best cereal ever!!!! It was my dads and my favorite we still talk about how dumb Kellogg was for getting rid of it.

Too bad Kellogg got rid of this ceral, lost a lot of my money. I would of been buying a ton still and I don't know the meaning of a bowl of ceral. I usally eat the whole box once I open it.

I use to love this cereal. For years, I have been hoping for a good alternate for this. Although this has not been said by Kellogg, I think Kellogg has revived this under a different name - it's a new cereal called Crunchy Nut (Golden Honey Nut). It takes like Nut N Honey - the way I remember it anyway.

IT'S BACK!!!! I just saw CrunchyNutter's post after trying it and yes! NO KIDDING, as a child of the 80's (born in '74), I know this cereal is nothing to screw around about. Yup, it's now "Kellogg's Crunchy Nut". I agree it's the same. I felt kinda lame that I got so excited, then I Goog'd it and saw that I was not alone. I was actually going to call Kellogg's and tell them to stop screwing with us and that perhaps they should mention it's the same for it's obvious cult following. Leave feedback after trying it. There are flakes and O's. The flakes are the same as what was once Nut-N-Honey. Yes, CrunchyNutter, that's it. Golden Honey Nut. I wonder what the O's are like....I could eat the whole box and get sick. It's like pure sugar and corn. But so damn good.

I tired the Kelloggs Crunchy Nut and the Honey Nut O's. I was very disappointed. Will never buy the O's again. I remember Nut n Honey Crunch tasting like peanut brittle in a cereal form...maybe my taste buds changed....And didn't hold a crunch past a few spoonfuls!!

They are making it again under the name of Kelloggs Crunchy Nut. I am desperate for the recipe that you would make with the original Nutn Honey Crunch cereal that you would put peanuts in and some brown sugar and then bake it for a while in the oven. Tasted like Carmel corn but with the cereal in it!!!

The new Crunchy Nut is close to the original Nut n Honey, but it has a lot more coating on the flakes, making them a lot harder. I guess that is so that it stays crunchy longer. I didn't mind that it wasn't crunchy to the bottom, I liked it. As a result it is sweeter too, and you can't really taste the corn flake as much. But it's still really good, and the closest thing we have to that wonderful original Nut n Honey!

I was so excited when I saw the crunchy nut commercial because I knew it was nut and honey back from the dead. It's also low in calories which is a plus since now I'm an adult and I worry about my weight. Please kellogg's don't take this one away too...

Nut & Honey was one of my favorite cereals as a kid. None of the flashy cartoons or marshmallows to sell this cereal. I so thought I was grown up eating this stuff HA! Not to mention its sooooo good! I'd wake up early Saturday morning, pour me a huge bowl of this fabulous cereal and plop in front of the TV for awesome cartoons. Sigh..those were the days. Makes me miss my childhood when things were more simple. Then one day...poof..gone. I was so heartbroken. Then last year I was looking up old cartoons and other childhood memories online and for some reason I thought of this cereal. I googled it and lo and behold I discoverd its back but just under another name. The next day I rushed to my local grocery and ta-da there it was. I was sooooo elated I bought 4 boxes! I relished the fantastic flavor. Took me back to the good ole days. But with such tiny boxes my husband about ate them all by himself. I had to hide a box just for me lol. Wish they would have left the old name though. It was whimsical and funny. What dumb dumb thought 'gee let's dumb it down a bit and call it plain ole crunchy nut.. zzzzz'. Anyways love this cereal. Glad its back. Going to have to travel 30 minutes away now to get my cereal fix cause this small town I live in stopped selling it :(. Crazy people. Can't imagine who couldn't love this stuff!
