Weird!! I am originally from the Piedmont S.C and was searching for a tulip ring online because I had one. Unable to find anything but this about it

It made me laugh finding this! My 3 year old daughter found my old rings and was wearing my emerald tulip ring tonight to dress up. I had at least 3. I Googled "tulip rings of the 80's" and this article is the first I found. I grew up in Greenville, but have lived in Kansas for 20 plus years now. It brought back memories finding this post and seeing the rings again! Thanks for posting!!

Love this! I grew up in Greenville, SC from later elementary to 9th grade. My 13th birthday present was my emerald Tulip ring. I know mine came from one of the stores in "new" mall then. There is someone selling reproductions on Etsy. They don't have the cool leaf pattern on the band though.

this is so funny because like everyone on here i found my tulip rings the other day and did a google search to see if you could do anything new with them and this article, but i grew up in Tulsa, OK so i think it was every were in the 80's

Got my Tulip rings in '80's and still wear them. they were stolen several years but my jeweler still had mold. Had them remade. I have added the diamond one.

I was given the emerald tulip ring for my high school graduation in 1987 from a dear friend and her husband. Meant the world to me as she had the ruby and sapphire one. I admired them so much. In 2011, my house was broken into and all my jewelry of value was stolen. :( I hope to get another one!
