Description: High-waisted, tight leather skirts that were extremely short. Mid-thigh at longest. Younger, trendier girls wore them with bustiers, off the shoulder sweaters, etc. Usually in black, although red was extremely common. Occasional purple, electric blue, or metallic gold. more reserved types would wear them a little longer, in black with a nice blouse tucked in.
