I just bought some from a $2 shop the other day! There were 3 in the pack - Flouro Pink, Green and Yellow, I bought 2 packs! We used to make our own with scraps of material that were left over when Nana made clothes. We had homemade shorts and t-shirts with matching scrunchies! I still have the scrunchies but not the clothes.

my mom had so much of these and my sister and i would pretend we were poodles wearing them around our ankles and wrists. i wore theme in the 90s! it was easy for poor people to get so of course almost everyone had one!

I have tons of these in almost every color imaginable. My hair is over 4 feet long, and there's nothing better or kinder to use for ponytails.
