i remember there was only one store in town that sold coconut YooHoos, i used to buy 2 at a time, one to guzzle down and one to drink slowly. they were the best thirst quenchers.

I have been calling the yoohoo company and requesting this drink. My parents also love it. If you ask me they shouldve done away with the strawberry flavor. I grew up in Florida and loved coconut Yoo-hoo growing up. By far, one of my favorite beverages. My grandad used to love them too, but he has long since passed, and when I think of those things it brings up some great old memories! For God's sake Yoo-hoo bring them back for good, and if not, how many people does it take to at least do a limited batch?

I actually found a bottle in the mid-late 90's...as you can imagine, it wasn't too fresh. Did that stop me from drinking it? No. People don't believe me that this existed. Growing up in Miami I used to consume a bottle of Koko Blanco(Coconut Yoohoo)everyday after school. I had to walk home from my bus stop, and always went into the same gas station that was along the way, excited about drinking my favorite coconut drink. Now living in Charlotte North Carolina, I know that the chances of me finding a single bottle sold anywhere is impossible. Doing research online, I found that it was discontinued as of 2006. I just have to say that I am completely sad knowing that I will never again enjoy the smooth, ice cold, coconut drink that brings me back to my childhood. I have also spent numerous dollars ($30 at one time once) on plenty of other coconut type sakes, drinks, yogurts, sodas, waters at various hispanic supermarkets; in search for the nearest thing possible to Koko Blanco, but nothing came close. It would make me so happy to once again hold a full bottle of Koko Blanco in my hand.

Coconut Yoo-Hoo was my favorite drink in the world.I remember when my uncle purchased a Yoo-Hoo machine and whenever I would go over I would consume about 3 bottles sometimes 6 while I was there.No one else liked that flavor so it was all mine...untill the machine was empty.Then the creamy,cocnut beverage vanished from store shelves.I thought that with the comeback of Pepsi throwback and old fashion Coke which are made with real sugar that they might bring back some other old favorites.I have been looking up coconut Yoo-Hoo online and have seen alot of great demand for it.I wouldn't doubt if we saw it on store shelves in the comming future.Untill then I'll keep buying Goya Coconut milk which is pretty good but more expensive.

I used to love Coconut Yoohoo too. I used to buy the six pack when I was lucky. Two for my mom, two for sis, and two for me. We all loved them they were so unique in flavor. No other coconut drink like it. I tear up every time I start to remember cracking open the bottle.

International Delight put out a coffee creamer that is based on the Almond Joy candy bars. The second I opened the bottle and smelled it I immediately said it was practically what I remember coconut Yoo-Hoo being. Really miss the stuff!

I was reading that they are coming out with a KoKo Cremo that tastes just like KoKO blanco. Im not sure when or if it going to hit stores but im sure ready for it. Koko Blanco was the best ever with such a unique taste

I remember as a poor child scouring the parking lots looking for them, working for tips at 12 yrs old, just to buy a hostess pie and a coconut yoohoo. There are several food/drink items I miss from my childhood, but none more than this drink. Nothing else tastes like it or even comes close. PLEASE bring it back! ...the worst part of drinking it was how fast it disappeared from the bottle. Impossible not to chug it down...then the dilemma... Gotta go buy another one, which of course you try to drink slower. Make it available for a limited time to "test" the market. Give all of us die hard fans a chance to stock up, while marketing to new fans! Try making it a summer product! Market it in South America too! Go worldwide with it. I am telling you, this could be huge. You may be surprised how big this just might become. Test the waters, and when it takes off, go all in for full year round availability. This will work! It's time, it's overdue, with all the vintage comeback items that are exploding in the market from foods to movies...this one done right can't miss! TRY IT! ....(round toaster pizza anyone??? The last time I had Coconut Yoo Hoo was when we moved to Florida. We stayed at a motel at Jax Beach and my dad brought one back to the motel for me and my brother to share. I remember coconut yoo hoo from my childhood in the mid 90s. I have no memories of this koko Blanco though. I distinctly remember yoo hoo brand coconut milk with the same yoo hoo label you see today but brown instead of yellow. I have found a similar drink today in Hispanic grocery stores called kuii, but it has small chunks of coconut in it. Which some people may not like, but I think it makes it better. I am surprised I couldn't find a picture of the yoo hoo's with the brown label online. If I find out they never had white yoo hoo's with brown labels I might believing in the Mandala effect.
