I found this...While most people believe that Dunk-a-Roos are no longer produced, this is false, and they can still be found in places such as Sam's Club. They are still very popular in Canada... I am going to check it out because dunk-a-roos are awesome!

The absolute best Dunk A Roos were the cinnamon crackers that had the vanilla icing and sprinkles. Not too much better than that!
Jane - October 01, 2007 - Report this comment
and the kangaroo always said, "HOw do you dip your Dunk-a-roos? I dip em in CHocolate!!!" (in an aussie accent, of course)

I still remember the jingle: "Dunk-a-roos, Dunk-a-roos... taste so good with a glass of MOOOO!" My mom never bought them, but I always wanted to try them.

Delicious. Still around. What more can I say? If you live in the US, try Sam's Club, that's where I buy mine.

I only had them once, when they first came out. Didn't have enough frosting with the cookies though. But the cookies were good.

I can still find these in the stores, but for those of you who can't, a good substitute is honey teddy grahams dipped in vanilla cake frosting! Yummy!

Dunkaroos are '90s, not '80s. The concept itself is so very '90s, I don't even see how anybody got confused on this one.
veg - April 21, 2009 - Report this comment
They were launched in 1988. why argue about it anyways? I'm just happy to hear they still make 'em. I remember eating them as a kid, and if they were made in the 90s, that would make me much younger than I am...that'd be nice though :P
Piratess - May 14, 2009 - Report this comment

MyLady - February 17, 2012 - Report this comment
My sister and I used to chow down on those bad boys! My poor Dad would have to buy 6 or 7 boxes at a time because there weren't that many dipping packs in it!
Mitch - March 05, 2012 - Report this comment
@ cheryl ---- They are made by Betty Crocker, so check their website for local distributors. I live in Fairfax myself and I haven't seen them around, but I also haven't been looking. I remember hating these as a kid since I've always disliked frosting.
Alana - June 16, 2013 - Report this comment
Dunk a Roos were being made by the General Mills Company in Minneapolis MN in 2010. Maybe they own Betty Crocker, because I do see B.C. on the packages yes. They are sold here because they are made here, I think, or distributed from this city, at least. Might be why Canada has a lot of them also, as it borders the state and in the North my old home town always carried Canadian product also. I love the cinnamon cookies with vanilla frosting with speckles
Charlie - January 14, 2014 - Report this comment
Wikipedia says they were launched in 88 but I'm not buying it, at least not in the US. I really think this was a 90's food here
fujikochan - January 30, 2014 - Report this comment
