Description
Ah, so timeless. Actually, these may have originated in the 70s. (I checked the 70s Web site and didn't see them there, however, so I'm posting here due to favortism and loyalty to the 80s site.) Anyway, Pepperidge Farm has about a million variations on our Goldfish friend today, but nothing beats good ol standard orange-hued cheddar. They remain as addictive as ever!!! You can buy them in a gigantic gallon-size milk carton at any supermarket. Dangerous, dangerous proportions! BONUS FACT: Judy Blume mentions GF crackers in 'Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing'. The hot secretary kept them in her purse and used them to lure Fudge into behaving.
