I totally remember these! Loved 'em and am surprised that they haven't brought them back!

they had strawberry twinkies last summer. they were awesome and i wished they had them all the time.

Do you know where in the U.S. these were available and if you can still get them?

yeah, what the hell? these were so good! fruit and creme twinkies. i can't believe there's not a market for them.

they still make the white cream with a fruit jelly middle, but the 80s ones were a strawberry cream, they totally rocked. I loved those things.

I remember the strawberry jelly-filled twinkies. I used to buy them in the twin pack at our neighborhood convenience store. They were good but didn't seem to be on the market for long.

My mom and I still crave these, to this day. Bring them back!

nobody ever remembers these. they were the best with that fruit and cream center. i used to break it in half and lick the middle out before eating the cake. mmmm! what happened to all the yummy old school food?

I remember my mom and I going to the bread store and we would pick this up. We didn't wait till we got home because these things were incredible. We always talk about how we wish they were still around and nobody remembers them but us. If anyone runs across them please mail them to me lol...

There are strawberry Twinkies on shelves right now! The cream is pink though. I remember the ones from the 80's still had white cream and red jelly in there with it, similar to jelly donut filling. Anyway, they taste similar to what I remember...25 years ago or so.

My co-worker is sitting next to me right now eating a Strawberry, jelly filled twinkie. He says you can only get them in Pennsylvania. His son mails them to him and he freezes them. He tells me they're still made for the market in Pa.

I remember these as well as the banana filled ones. They were great. I don't like the regular kind.

Yeah! No one ever remembers the twinkies with strawberry and creme in the middle they were awesome! But here's the thing......... They also had peach mmmmmmmmmmmmm! The best ever!

maineflyguy, I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers the strawberry cream filled Twinkies from the 80s! Everyone keeps talking about the ones with the white cream and strawberry jelly, but I distinctly remember these particular Twinkies having a strawberry cream in them. This was around 1983 or so and I don't remember them being available for too long. I loved them and was so disappointed when we couldn't find them anymore.

Been looking for these things forever. They are so much better than any other twinkie on the market!
