Quite possibly the greatest line of Snack Cakes ever created.

These are still in high production. Tastycakes is a huge line here in PA.

In my opinion, they blow Little Debbie away. Butterscotch Krimpets are the best. I lived in Maryland when I first discovered them in the late 1980s. I live in southeast Ohio now and since Tastykakes are regional can't be found here, though last spring the local Wal-Mart had them out on display for two very brief times then never saw them again. I can't believe they DIDN'T sell, but whatever. Every time I visit friends in Maryland I make it a point to buy a couple boxes from the local ( Westminster, MD ) Weis grocery store.

Is tastycake coming out with the Dutch Mill line of donuts? Wish they would, because their over all product line, not offence, is second/third rate. And, if they do re-introduce Dutch Mill donuts, please don't "dumb them down." Please do what you can to improve your product.

I hear that Stephanie Plum is very fond of these.
