i used this thing all the time, i had it up till about 5 years ago, but mine was like blue and grey

Best freakin' toy ever. My brothers and I played with this thing for hours on end for several years and we still talk about it frequently. I even taught my little nephew to say "Thank you for turning ME on. My name is 2XL and I AM the smartest toy robot IN the world" in a pretty close approximation of the robot voice. :) I loved my 2XL.

i hated this it freaked me out

Ive had one of these but a few years ago b/c my cousin had it and gave it to me but i dont know what happened to him, ive modded him a little i found a fast fwd button inside so i cut out the plastic covering it now my 2XL is a fully functioning cassette player

2XL is probably the reason I work in Information Technology. I loved it when he sang!

I loved my 2XL. He was the smartest toy robot in the world. I've never seen this particular version of him, as I always had the cassette version ... I miss him.

I had 2XL, but it was most likely in the 90s when I got mine. I liked playing with him and had a few different cassette tapes. At some point, he stopped functioning properly though.

Lots of great memories from my 2-xl, just started buying a couple more for parts off of Ebay.

2XL was my favorite toy! Both my twin brother Ed and I absolutely loved this toy! After we were given this toy as a birthday present from our father, we purchased many of 2xl's programs. I think that throughout the years that we played with this toy, my brother and I have learned so much darn information, that I wished that we didn't have to sell it and the tapes.

My cousin had this robot, and I'd love when he would come and stay the night. Whenever he came to my house, he'd know to bring it for me...he wouldn't be able to touch it again until it was time to go home.
