They need to bring them back they were cool.

i remember being the kitchen commandos and fighting with them against my brother in the back garden. i had them all. be brilliant if they did bring them back but knowing the state of political correctness now theyll probaby bring them out as 'food lovers' and theyll all be fruit and veg.

I was crazy about these toys as a kid. I think I got my first Food Fighter item as a Christmas gift, and I just had to complete my collection. I seem to recall begging for some more at K-Mart one time. I still have the complete set of Kitchen Commandos (good guys) and Refrigerator Rejects (bad guys), as well as the Fry Chopper (food oriented helicopter). I also saved some (unfortunately, not all) of the little character bios that were on the back of the packages.

I had private pizza and Lieutenant Leg and Short Stack. The ones with green hats were good and the black hats were the bad guys.

I am very proud to have all of them mint in the cards. I wish I had the cars and the color variations of the cookie, Ice Cream and Donut. But I should not be greedy you know!!!
