He looked like a pretty ordinary teddy bear. He was about 10 or 11 inches and had some kind of a seat belt around his waist.

I've seen a thing made now a days called a bucklyboo,they have a cat, dog,rabbit and bear with about five different buckles across the belly. They sell for about 40$ but I've seen them on www.mamabargains.com for half that.
