This toy is a form of a power wheels but its made by coleco. It is yellow with two wheels on the back and one big one on the front and it is ran by a battery like power wheels of today.

If its the one I had back in like 82-83, mine was battery-operated, and when it was sitting still, it had a put-put exhaust sound coming from it... wish I knew what the name of that chopper was!
chopper was a bike i had yellow with massive handle bars with the gears in between your legs on cress bar was an absaloute fantastic bike until you went over the handle bars that was as they were so high your chin got damaged in a huge way,, ouch still feel it.... fab times on my chopper
I got my grandson a yellow mk3 chopper and he loves his bike brings back great memories
