Oh my god when i saw that i couldnt believe it! I loved pretty crimp n curl. I can remember playin with her all the time, i even remember the weird smell that came from her hair. It was like waxy or something. I also remember the whole commercial...pretty Crimp n curls gotta new kinda hair, its easy to curl or braid anywhere...

I remember that her hair was kind of sticky, and it got really gross after a couple of years.

I had one of these! Her hair was seemed like it had a ton of starch in it.

I still have mine! I also have the horse too. I don't know where her hair styling tools are though.

Oh My God! I thought I was going to die when I was in about third grade and I saw that doll on T.V. I finally got one and I was a little upset that her hair wasn't really like hair. I did remember having fun using the curling iron and watching her curls stay intact!! I remember the commercial ending saying "Let's Get Stylin Now"!! I don't think I have it anymore!!

I had two CPKs one I got for my first Christmas and this one I got for my 7th birthday I loved it and played with it all the time, kept it for my daughter but as life would have it lost it along with all my other childhood toys due to toxic mold :( I am looking to buy a new one, if I can find one.

OMG. Crimp and Curl CPK. I remember mine, and my friend's little sister had one too. We traded, and our parents didn't know the difference. She had the blue eyed one, and mine had green eyes. That was the only difference. :) I'm currently bidding on one on Ebay. There are other listings too. Check there if you want one. But none of the 4.99 listing have the tools.

i braided eyery single piece of hair on my crimp and curl cabbage patch doll . . . and then moved on to the crimp and curl cabbage patch horse !

I still have mine!!!! It was a pretty big deal when I got it. Couldn't give it up. Just recently lost the crimper. I believe the curling iron is still around.

I love this toy! I had a white horse too, I think the hair had little wires in it or something. I used to always braid the hair like one or two strands at a time. I wish I still had it!

I loved my CP Crimp N' Curl. I absolutely have to find one for my daughter. The hair on this doll is the only kind that wouldn't get pulled out when combing or doesn't get natty. My 6-yr. old daughter goes through so many dolls because she loses interest once the hair gets too tangled. I truly miss that doll. I remember it just like it was yesterday...using those little curling irons and the doll had a distinct smell to it too! They should really put it back on the market.

guys guys guys if you want them go to ebay I just checked now there are at least 50 and some come with the original box and curler and straigtener and hair tie!!! also the horse and dog? heaps if you want them go there!! they are cheap!!

I got one for Christmas in 1993 maybe? I remember hiding in the kitchen with the wrapped box and I chewed the corner of the paper off where I could see down in there and my parents wouldnt know bc I just KNEW thats what it was lol And I was right!

I had both the pony and doll and wish i could find both for my little girl. I remember playing with it every day!!!

I was at the second hand store today and looked into the "Free" box for a toy for my dog and WOW - there she was - prety crimp and curl! I could't believe it, she is in perfect condition, but no clothes or accesories.
