Description
They were "chubby" robots with gyro wheels in the middle. It came with a ripcord to spin the gryo. The hub pin for the gyro went to the bottom so you could stand them up and they'd move around in a large circle or you could put them on their heads and they would spin, put them on their arms and have them shoulder or hand-spin. The arms moved up-down at the shoulder and had three positions. These were kind of the Beyblades of the late 80's.

I remember these! They were really well made (not the usual loose limbs after years of use) and the rip cord actually lasted unlike most of my rip cords. The one we had was a blue robot that looked like a cyclops. Very neat little toys

Hey Zack, I totally remember that...my sister had the fat white guy and petty sure hers had orange top and white pants....I had the black guy and think he had a brown top and black pants. You stuck the zipcord into them and pulled it away and it would spin around on there feet. You also could make them spin on there hands and head. I remember sister hated me cause mine seemed to spin faster. Think Dad bought them from Big V drugstore with us. Would love to see a picture of them. LOL.

I had the red one. THe robots were actually from the japanese cartoon Dougram, which were also used in Battletech. Tomy made these along with another gyro toy called Pop Cycles. Loved these. I went in the Toys R Us the other day with my daughter, man, toy stores suck now. They used to be awesome.

For those wondering about the breakdancer toy. They were made by Tomy and called Break Dancer.
