Hey, how come everyone had one of these but me? Always wanted one of these too!!

I have one of the orignal Kid Sister dolls as well. I have an African-American doll that has the eyes that open and shut. She came with the blue and white stripe overalls. Unfortantly I accidently left it with my sister when she was younger and the orginal clothes are gone.

Never had one, but I still to this day have the My Buddy/Kid Sister theme songs stuck in my head!

I had the redhead doll. Still do, but she is messy now... WELL used. My mom got her for me on Christmas '88. I wish they still had these dolls, I'd love to have another for my bed. You can occasionally find them on ebay for under $10, but they are a wreck. If it is MIB, expect to pay over $100, and even more if it is a black doll. I did have the blonde from kmart in 1994, but her clothes were not removable.. they and her shoes, were sewed on. Stupid!

Im a girl and somehow ended up with my buddy instead. I think I picked the boy but cant remember. I remember the commercial her part was right after my buddy. Kid sister and meee.

i have the red headed kid sister and the my buddy doll as well. they are all in mint condition and i loved them as a kid and still do!

I got one for christmas and i was so fricken excited...my sister colored all over her face and cut her hair one day though..i think she was jealous..i cried too LOL

I got the african american version for christmas maybe 1985 or so. I loved this doll.

I have sets of the sleepy eye in african American the red head and the blond in the original clothes except shoes
