MAGIC MERLIN! I think I still have one at my folks' house. There were different games to play on it, like copying the beeps, etc. I remember I got it the Christmas that I was like 6 as I had it on the plane from North Dakota to Florida!

My older sister had one of these, and then it was bequeathed to me when she got too old for it. I loved this thing! They still sold them well into the nineties, but I haven't seen one in a long time...

I have a Merlin in the original box, works perfect.
I'm looking for a game I thought was called Merlin. It was a round disc with large colored buttons that lit up in patterns with accompaning sounds. The patterns got longer and faster until a person was "out" for not following the pattern. This was NOT a hand-held game.
Patty ,the game your looking for is called simon, i havent seen them in stores since the late 90's.
I have often mentioned Magic Merlin to friends when we've spoken about old toys and nobody remembers it but me! - and thank goodness you guys.

my cousin had this and the park and i ended up pplaying with it for hours. i got a new one recently. they still make them.
