Description
These monstrosities hung from just about every baby's crib in the early to mid 80s. It was a very creepy life-size molded plastic clown head with two very creepy life-sized yellow-gloved hands covering its face. When you tugged at a plastic hoop-on-a-string dangling from beneath the head the hands would swing away, revealing the ghastly clown face. Peek-a-BOO! Waaaaahhh!!!!!!!!!

That's just scary!
Good God, I hope some gift certificate for child therapy came with it.
And this is why so many of us from the 80's are terrified of clown. "can't sleep the clowns will eat me"
And wow, no wonder I and most of my friends born in the early 1980's hate clowns... That is just horrible to do to a young babe in a crib LOL.
Aw hell, my older cousin passed this on to me & I was like NOOOOOO THROW IT AWAYYYY!
Whenever my baby brother got me mad, I would sneak Peek-A-Boo the Clown in his dresser drawers.
I vaguely remember this. Terrifying...
this may be why I hate clowns. I dont remember the toy thank goodness but seeing the pic is causing me to freak.
I now know why I hate clowns! I had this in my crib!
