OMG when we were little we were so poor so one christmas my mom bought me the strawberry shortcake doll w/ the smell good breath and then she bought the peculiar purple pie man of porcupine peek for my younger brother and we were scared of him so we were mean to him and used to lock him in the closet and use our other toys to be mean to him or hide him. A couple of years ago I found one Brand new in the box and bought it for my brother for his 22nd birthday I think. We laughed so hard we cried when he opened it and he said it was by far the best present he ever got.

My girls had the Strawberry Shortcake dolls, etc. and my youngest daughter was also the Peculiar Purple Pieman on Halloween! We had so much fun putting that costume together, and making her up. I think it was one of her all-time favorite costumes. In fact, she STILL has the mustache we made -- she's 35 now! :)

Yes, when I was about 7, I had a crazy nightmare about this guy chasing me in the front yard, and he was singing his creepy yah-tah-tah song. I remember it vividly and I still tell my friends about it.

When we were kids my sister and I had a giant sandbox that our swing set sat in. We decided to fill the sandbox with water from the hose and dance around in the puddles....yah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah! Cha! Our mother was not pleased.
