I had this doll! My mother sold Avon around the time the movie came out, and Avon also sold a lot of Annie things for little girls (bracelets, necklaces). Needless to say that was a very "Annie" birthday that year. I really wish I had preserved this doll better. The movie is now a classic and this would have made a wonderful collector's item. If I knew then what I know now...

Oh yes, I had a bunch of Annie stuff after the movie came out. I had a miniture doll house with all of the figurines.

I remember this! I was a huge Annie fan as a little kid and had this doll, the locket, nightgown, wig and probably whatever else was around. :)

I was an Annie addict back in the day! I actually made this doll be the little stepsister to my Barbie. She had to cook and clean, and Barbie would smack her around sometimes. She never got to go on trips with Barbie and Ken, but had to have Barbie's dresses cleaned and pressed for her nights out. She was good for my childhood aggression, I guess!

I had this doll, as well as the movie soundtrack (on record, mind you), a smaller Annie doll, her car (a blue roadster), and I had the Avon, Annie necklace/ faux locket(with the piece missing). I still have the necklace but everything else has disappeared. I am going to hunt down my records in my parent's house and hopefully find that soundtrack!

Yeah! I have the locket with the piece missing which says I love You inside and the Annie doll here. They're in my trunk and well, Annie isn't looking all that great lol. Her shoes are gone and anything that came with her other than the red dress. I used to have the tiny purple nightgown for her but it's long gone. I had the mansion as well at one time.

I wish I had bought this when I saw it at a yard sale.

I forgot that I had this doll when I was a kid. I used to bounce my hand off her hair because it was nice and springy!

I must have had this doll because the dress survived long after she was gone. I think it became Barbie maternity wear. >sigh< Memories!

I had this doll with her red dress and a yellow flowered dress too! She used to hang out with the Barbies.
