It was a metal pin-like toy that was square in shape. It had a red light in one corner and a green light in the other corner. I believe it may have been decorated with some circles, too. It was out around the time of Neon Leons, as I remember both commercials ran during Saturday Morning Cartoons. The commercial featured the Winky pin flashing the two colored lights. The jingle had something to do with "red light green light". I still have no idea what the purpose of this "toy" actually was, but MAN, did the commercial make me want one.
